Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) panel is one of the popular materials to be used to set up Clean Room. The advantage of EPS panel is the construction time being shorten, a walkable ceiling can be set up and easy to re-configure for future room expansion. Accessories, eg. coving, suspension tee, service trunking are available and the design is meeting Clean Room and GMP requirement.

All joint is sealed up with sealant to minimize leaking to atmosphere and maintaining the differential pressure in the room.

Gypsum board with epoxy painting partition will give a good surface finishing for Clean Room. The partition look seamless with putty filled into the join. The surface is smooth, easy to be cleaned and is not shedding. It is easy to re-configure for future room expansion.

Full glass partition is an open plan concept, everything will be seen from the corridor. Visitor or supervisor can monitor the process without entering into the room.
